List of Ingredients




1/2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
1 tbsp. chopped hazelnuts, toasted
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 (4- or 5-oz.) log goat cheese

Recipe



Combine chocolate, hazelnuts and lemon zest in the bowl of a small food processor and process until chocolate and nuts are finely ground.

Roll goat cheese in mixture, pressing to coat all sides. (Lightly moisten cheese with damp hands if mixture does not adhere.) Serve with crackers.

Makes 8 appetizer servings.
