Cinnamon Rolls

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cubes butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pkgs. yeast, dissolved
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 4 eggs
- 6 cups flour
- Glaze:
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Scald milk and butter.
- Put sugar and salt in large bowl.
- Pour milk mixture over and cool.
- Add yeast disolved in warm water.
- Mix in flour. Add eggs. Mix well.
- Add 4 cups flour or enough to make a soft dough which can be kneaded.
- Turn our on well-floured board and knead 20 times.
- Put back in bowl and let rise.
- When double in size, roll out and spread with soft melted margarine/butter, sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up and slice.
- Let rise and bake at 350 degrees until light brown
- GLAZE: Mix sugar and enough milk to make loose drizzle. Add vanilla. Beat until smooth and pour over rolls.
