    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups milk
    • 2 cubes butter
    • 2/3 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 pkgs. yeast, dissolved
    • 1/2 cup warm water
    • 4 eggs
    • 6 cups flour
    • Glaze:
    • 1 lb. powdered sugar
    • milk
    • 1/4 tsp. vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Scald milk and butter.
    2. Put sugar and salt in large bowl.
    3. Pour milk mixture over and cool.
    4. Add yeast disolved in warm water.
    5. Mix in flour. Add eggs. Mix well.
    6. Add 4 cups flour or enough to make a soft dough which can be kneaded.
    7. Turn our on well-floured board and knead 20 times.
    8. Put back in bowl and let rise.
    9. When double in size, roll out and spread with soft melted margarine/butter, sugar and cinnamon.
    10. Roll up and slice.
    11. Let rise and bake at 350 degrees until light brown
    12. GLAZE: Mix sugar and enough milk to make loose drizzle. Add vanilla. Beat until smooth and pour over rolls.
