    Quick & easy fruit cobbler.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup self rising flour
    1 cup Milk (can substitute w/ 2% milk)
    1 cup sugar (can also substitute w/ splenda, etc)
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 cups sliced peaches(also can use other fruits in this recipe)

    Recipe



    Melt butter in 13x9 baking dish. Mix milk, flour, and sugar. Mix well...pour batter over melted butter, then spoon peaches and juice over the top of your batter. Place into a preheated 350 degree oven and bake until crust has come to the top and has browned (usually takes 45 minutes to an hour).
