    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. (2-layer size) lemon cake mix
    1-1/2 cups cold milk
    2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
    1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

    Recipe



    PREPARE and bake cake mix as directed on package for 2 (8- or 9-inch) round cake layers. Cool completely.

    POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Immediately spread over tops of cake layers.

    TOP 1 cake layer with remaining layer. Frost top and side of cake with whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover cake in refrigerator.

    At 16 servings, this cake is perfect to serve at a party.

    Special Extra
    Garnish cake with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
