    COMBINE 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix, 1 cup toasted coconut, spoonful curry powder and a dash ground red pepper on a plate.

    DIP 1 lb. shrimp (fresh or frozen, thawed) into 1 lightly beaten egg, then coat with mixture.

    BAKE at 400°F for 10-12 min. Serve with Curry Dip.

    CURRY DIP: Stir 1/2 cup KRAFT Regular or LIGHT DONE RIGHT Ranch Dressing, 1/4 cup KRAFT Orange Marmalade, 1 tsp. curry powder and 2-3 drops hot pepper sauce in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
