List of Ingredients



• 1 stick butter or margarine, softened
  
• 1 cup flour
  
• 1 cup nuts
  
• 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
  
• 1 cup powdered sugar
  
• 2 cups Cool Whip
  
• 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (3 1/2 oz.)
  
• 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3 1/2 oz.)
  
• 3 cups milk
  






Instructions



1. Mix butter, flour and nuts together will and pat into a 9"x13" glass dish.
   
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, until light brown. Let cool.
   
3. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and put on top of the first layer/mixture.
   
4. Mix chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding and milk and put on top of the second layer/mixture.
   
5. Top wil more Cool Whip, shaved chocolate curls and nuts or any decorating candy toppings.
   
6. Refrigerate before serving (about 1 hour).
