Dips: Layered Bean Dip

List of Ingredients




1 (31 oz.) or 2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
1 envelope Taco Seasoning Mix
1 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
2 tbsps. lemon juice
1 jar (16 oz.) Taco Sauce, mild, med., or hot
1-1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. shredded lettuce
1-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
10-12 black olives sliced
Tortilla chips

Recipe



In medium bowl, mix together refried beans, green chilies, and taco seasoning mix. Spread on a 12 inch round platter. Blend avocados, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup taco sauce until smooth. Spread on top of bean mixture. Spread sour cream on top of avocado mixture. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, taco sauce, and sliced olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
