    Makes 4 Servings

    List of Ingredients




    Salad
    1 pack or 5oz Salad greens (grocery store) 1/2lb cooked shrimp (51/60 size)
    ½ lb cooked shrimp (Size 51-60)
    4oz volume dressing (recipe to follow)
    4oz weight diced fresh pineapple
    2oz weight shredded carrots (using a box grater with large holes (1 carrot))
    1 ½ oz weight rice noodles or chow mein noodles

    Sweet n' Sour vinaigrette
    ½ Cup Orange marmalade
    1/4 Cup Chili garlic sauce
    2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
    1/4 Cup Salad Oil

    Recipe



    Mix together in mixing bowl - add more chili garlic sauce for hotter - add marmalade for sweeter.

    Keep dressing separate until ready to toss together so greens do not wilt.
