    List of Ingredients




    12 cups unsalted popped popcorn
    1/3 cup butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 (8-oz.) package Diamond Apple Cinnamon Glazed Walnuts
    1 cup diced dried apples
    1 cup golden raisins

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 300?F. Place popcorn in a large mixing bowl. Place butter in a glass measuring cup and heat in the microwave for about 45 seconds to melt. Stir in sugar and cinnamon and heat for about 30 seconds more. Slowly pour butter mixture over popcorn, tossing with a spoon to evenly coat popcorn. (Microwave for 20 seconds more if butter thickens.) Pour onto 2 large baking pans with low sides. Bake for 15 minutes. Pour back into a large bowl and stir in nuts, apples and raisins. Let cool. Store in an airtight container. TIP! A safe and easy way to cut dried fruit is with kitchen scissors.

    Makes about 16 cups.
