    Mix and Match Seafood Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 to 5 oz pasta
    • 1/2 c dry white wine or milk
    • 1/2 c mayo or salad dressing
    • 1 c american cheese, shredded
    • 1 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of celery, shrimp, or mushroom soup
    • 1/2 tsp dill
    • 6-8 oz canned seafood
    • Topping


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 350. Prepare the pasta, drain and set aside.
    2. Mix white wine with mayo. Add cheese, soup, and dill
    3. Gently combine the noodles and the seafood with the moist ingredients.
    4. Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
    5. Remove the cover, top with Topping, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
    6. Topping: stir 2 Tbsp melted butte rinto 1 c of soft bread crumbs. Or try 1 c crushed corn ships, chowmein noodles, or french-fried onions.
