Mix and Match Seafood Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 4 to 5 oz pasta
- 1/2 c dry white wine or milk
- 1/2 c mayo or salad dressing
- 1 c american cheese, shredded
- 1 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of celery, shrimp, or mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 6-8 oz canned seafood
- Topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350. Prepare the pasta, drain and set aside.
- Mix white wine with mayo. Add cheese, soup, and dill
- Gently combine the noodles and the seafood with the moist ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cover, top with Topping, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Topping: stir 2 Tbsp melted butte rinto 1 c of soft bread crumbs. Or try 1 c crushed corn ships, chowmein noodles, or french-fried onions.
