    Pan Glazed Chicken with Basil

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 (4 ounce) skinells, boneless chieken breast halves
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 2 tsp olive oil
    • 2 TBS balsamic vinegar
    • 1 TBS honey
    • 2 TBS basil


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
    2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
    3. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or unitl lightly browned.
    4. Turn chiken, and cook 6 minutes or until chiken is done.
    5. Stir in vinegar, honey and basil; cook an additional one minute.
