    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c mayonnaise
    • 1 c buttermilk
    • 2 Tbsp chopped green onions, tops only
    • 1/4 tsp onion powder
    • 2 tsp minced parsley
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 to 1 garlic clove, finely minced
    • 1/4 tsp paprika
    • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients and refridgerate.
