    List of Ingredients


    • 3 to 3 1/2 C. unbleached flour
    • 1 pkg. rapid rise yeast
    • 3/4 tsp. sea salt
    • 1 C. very warm water
    • 2 T. olive oil
    • cornmeal


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast and salt. Stir in very warm water and olive oil. Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead dough on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 4 to 6 minutes. Cover and let rest on a floured surface to 10 minutes.
    2. Lightly oil pizza pan/pans. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Form dough into a smooth ball. Roll dough to fit pan.

    3. Add pizza ingredients of your choice. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F. for 20 to 30 minutes or until done. Time depends on the size and thickness of your crust and selection of toppings.
    4. GARLIC & HERB DOUGH- Add 2 tsp. basil, oregano or rosemary leaves and 1 clove finely minced garlic with dry ingredients.
    5. CORNMEAL DOUGH- Replace 1/2 cup of the flour with 1/2 cup cornmeal as you combine dry ingredients.
    6. CHEESE DOUGH- Add 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese along with the other dry ingredients.
    7. WHOLE WHEAT DOUGH- Replace 1 cup of the flour with 1 cup whole wheat flour.
