Pumpkin Corn Muffins

List of Ingredients
- 1 C. corn meal
- 1/3 C. superfine sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 C. pumpkin
- 1/3 C. milk
- 1/4 C. vegetable oil
Instructions
- Beat eggs, pumpkin, oil and milk in a bowl. Combine dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Mix well. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
