List of Ingredients



• eggs, scrambled
  
• white breakfast gravy
  
• bacon, sausage, cooked and crumbled
  
• tater tots, four or five per burro, cooked
  
• cheese, shredded
  
• tortillas, flour
  
• salsa, fresh is best

Instructions



1. To assemble spoon scrambled eggs on top of a tortilla. Put cooked tater tots on top of eggs and spoon a tablespoon of gravy over tots. Sprinkle on cheese. Roll up burrito style. Serve with salsa on the side if desired.
