    List of Ingredients


    • 1 C. superfine sugar
    • 1 C. brown sugar, packed
    • 1 C. unsalted butter, softened
    • 1/2 C. buttermilk
    • 2 jumbo eggs
    • 3 tsp. root beer flavoring
    • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    • 4 C. all-purpose unbleached flour
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
    • root beer frosting


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Slowly add buttermilk, root beer concentrate and vanilla. When well blended add flour, baking soda and sea salt. Beat on low just until blended.
    2. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack and frost with Root Beer Frosting.
