    List of Ingredients


    • 1 T. vegetable oil
    • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in strips
    • 1 small onion cut into 1" squares
    • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1" squares
    • 10 oz. can cream of broccoli soup
    • 3 T. water
    • 1 T. soy sauce
    • hot cooked rice


    Instructions


    1. Cook chicken in oil on medium-high, until browned. Add vegetables and cook until vegetables are just barely tender, about 5 minutes.
    2. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Server over hot rice.
