Chicken Broccoli Oriental

List of Ingredients
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in strips
- 1 small onion cut into 1" squares
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1" squares
- 10 oz. can cream of broccoli soup
- 3 T. water
- 1 T. soy sauce
- hot cooked rice
Instructions
- Cook chicken in oil on medium-high, until browned. Add vegetables and cook until vegetables are just barely tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Server over hot rice.
