    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 C. cornflakes
    • 2 T. green onions chopped fine
    • 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped fine
    • 1 T. Dijon mustard
    • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
    • 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
    • 12 oz. crab meat, flaked
    • butter for frying


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together adding crab meat last after all is well mixed. Shape into 15 small patties and fry in butter for 1 1/2 minutes. Flip once and fry for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes longer.
