Quick Oriental Beef Noodles

- 1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
- 2 pkgs oriental flavor ramen noodles
- 2 C. frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 T. green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 C. water
Instructions
- In a large pan brown ground beef until it is no longer pink; breaking into pieces. Remove from heat and pour off grease. Season beef with one of the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles and set aside.
- Break up noodles and combine in the pan that you browned the beef in. Add water, frozen vegetables and remaining seasoning packet. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in seasoned beef and green onions.
