    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large can white albacore tuna paced in water
    • 1 regular can of white albacore tuna packed in water
    • 1/2 medium cabbage
    • 1/2 medium red cabbage
    • 1 medium onion
    • salt/pepper
    • grated cheese
    • 1 small or medium bottle of Zesty Italian salad dressing
    • Wheat Thins


    Instructions


    1. Slice cabbages and onion thin and place in a large bowl. Drain both cans of tuna and rinse. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Put tuna in the bowl and toss. Salt and pepper and toss again. Add grated cheese to individual servings. Serve with Zesty Italian dressing and Wheat Thins.





    Final Comments


    Bell Peppers and pickles can be added to this salad. Don't add cheese to the whole salad because it doesn't keep as well if you do. Add cheese to each serving.
