    List of Ingredients


    • 2 C. unbleached all-purpose flour
    • 1 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
    • 1 C. unsalted butter, softened
    • 3/4 C. superfine sugar
    • 1 jumbo egg
    • 2 tsp. pure vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix just until blended. Do not over-work the dough. Refrigerate. Roll dough into small balls and bake at 350 degrees F. for about 10 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges. Cool and frost with Eggnog Frosting. Sprinkle with holiday colored sprinkles.
