    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 C. superfine sugar
    • 1/4 C. brown sugar
    • 2 C. Bisquick
    • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 jumbo egg
    • 1/2 C. active sourdough starter
    • 1/2 C. pumpkin, canned
    • 1/2 C. raisins
    • 1 C. pecans, chopped
    • 3/4 C. milk
    • 2 T. vegetable oil


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and grease a loaf pan.
    2. Combine all dry ingredients and set aside. In a mixing bowl beat the egg with a wooden spoon. Add sourdough starter and then remaining ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix just until all is moistened. Pour into pan and let rest for 15 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Cool out of pan on a wire rack.
