1 box graham crackers
3 ¼ cups milk
2 boxes vanilla pudding
8 oz. cool whip
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. karo light corn syrup
1 ½ cups confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. boiling water
Chocolate Topping:
Follow this order to mix:
unsweetened chocolate broken into pieces
melted butter
vanilla
boiling water
karo light corn syrup
1 cup confectioners sugar (add rest to
thicken)
Recipe
Do not follow the directions on the boxes of pudding. Mix together 2 boxes of vanilla pudding and 3 ¼ cups of milk. Get all of the lumps out. Fold in 8 oz. of cool whip. Butter a 9” x 13” pan. Layer whole graham crackers on the bottom. Pour ½ of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Spread evenly. Put another layer of graham crackers on top. Pour the rest of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Spread evenly. Put another layer of graham crackers on top.
Mix until there are little to no lumps. Pour over graham crackers. Spread evenly.
Refrigerate for one day to soften the graham crackers.
