List of Ingredients
4 tbs. (1/2 stick) butter
2 eggs beaten
1 tbs. all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup or 3 1/2 ounce can shredded coconut
1 cup milk
one nine inch unbaked pie shell
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter, add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake until firm, about 45 to 60 minutes.
