1 to 1 1/2 lb. pkg. white
chocolate or almond bark
3/4 c. crushed peppermint
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
red food coloringRecipe
Melt bark in microwave in 2-quart bowl for 1 minute on high; stir. Melt 1 more minute or until smooth; stir. Add peppermint, etc.; stir. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil; pour 1/2 mixture on each, spreading as thin as possible. Store in tight tin.
