List of Ingredients
1 8 oz. Package cream cheese
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 stick butter or oleo
1 teaspoon Tabasco
1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 pint crab meat (white)
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 - 3 cups cooked rice
2 Tablespoons butter
sharp cheese, grated

Melt cream cheese and butter using double boiler. Saute shrimp, onion, pepper and celery in 2 T. Butter. Add to cream cheese mixture. Add soup, mushrooms, seasonings, crabmeat, and rice. Mix well. Place in 2 qt. casserole and top with cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes until bubbly. Serves 8. Freezes well
