    Very tasty cookies! This recipe does not half well. I usually make the whole batch and freeze half!

    List of Ingredients




    2 c butter
    4 c flour
    2 tsp soda
    2 c sugar
    5 c blended oatmeal (blend til a fine powder)*
    24 oz chocolate chips
    2 c brown sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1- 8 oz Hershey Bar (grated)
    4 eggs
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp vanilla
    3 c chopped nuts (OPT)

    *Measure 1st then blend

    Recipe



    Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda. Add chocolate, Hershey Bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10 min at 375
    Makes 112 cookies.
