Caramel Pecan Cheesecake

CRUST:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup ground pecans
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
FILLING:
12 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 cup caramel topping
3 eggs (room temp)
2 Tbsp milk
TOPPING:
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup caramel topping
Recipe
Combine all ingredients and pat onto bottom and about 1-1/2 inches up sides of an 8 inch springform pan.
In food processor mix cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add in the 1/2 cup caramel topping. Add eggs and milk and continue processing just until blended. Turn mixture into crust and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes till center is set. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
Combine sour cream and caramel topping and spoon atop cheesecake.
Loosen sides of cheesecake from pan with spatula. Cool 30 minutes more and then remove sides of pan. Chill in refrigerator. Just before serving, garnish with pecan halves.
