Fish in Stout and Rosemary Batter

One of my Fathers favourites!
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 c Guiness (or Beer of any kind will do)
1 c milk
1 sprig fresh rosemary
frying oil
fish (your choice we like Halibut)Recipe
Mix flour and pinch of salt in a bowl. Work in eggs then beat in the stout and milk to make a smooth batter. chop rosemary leaves finely and add to batter. Let stand for 1 hour. Dry fish pieces, dredge through flour, dip in batter and fry in oil til golden brown
