List of Ingredients
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, 1/2 inch thick, fat trimmed
4 sheets (12x18 inch each) REYNOLDS WRAP EVERYDAY Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
2 cups fresh snow peas
1/3 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
4 cups cooked MINUTE Premium White Rice

Preparation
CUT steak into thin strips. Place 1/4 of the steak strips in center of each sheet of foil; top with snow peas. Mix teriyaki sauce, peanut butter and cornstarch until well blended; pour evenly over steak and vegetables.
BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 4 packets.
PLACE packets on grill over medium-hot coals. Grill, covered, 10 to 14 minutes or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
