    Sour Cream Enchiladas

    1 pound ground round or chuck
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 8 oz. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pound grated cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. flour tortillas

    Recipe



    In a large bowl combine browned hamburger, chilies, sour cream and soup. Mix well. Fill tortillas with mixture. This will make 12. Place in casserole dish. Take remaining mixture and smooth over top of enchiladas. Take graed cheese and put on top of casserole. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes
