Chicken Dinner Omelet

10 ½-ounce chicken a' la king
2 tablespoons chopped canned pimiento
¼ cup fresh/frozen chopped onion
¼ cup chopped celery
3 tablespoons of butter/margarine
½ cup garlic crotons
5 slightly beaten eggs
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon saltRecipe
Combine chicken a' la king and pimiento; heat through. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Add croutons; toss lightly. Remove mixture from skillet. Cook slowly, lifting eggs to allow uncooked portion to flow under. Place vegetable-crouton mixture on half the omelet; fold over. Tilt pan and roll omelet onto hot plate. Pour chicken mixture over.
