    List of Ingredients




    1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
    1 garlic cloves
    3 ounce chicken breast, boneless/skinless, raw
    2 tablespoon flour, white all-purpose
    1 carrot, large
    6 ounce potato, raw
    1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules-33% red. sodium
    1/4 peas, green, frozen, 10-oz. pkg.
    1 orange, fresh

    Recipe




    Directions:

    Peel and slice garlic; place in nonstick skillet with olive oil over low heat. While garlic sautés slowly, cut chicken into chunks and sprinkle with flour. Peel and slice carrot. Scrub and dice potatoes. Once garlic has wilted, but not browned, add flour-coated chicken, bouillon and 1 tablespoon water. Increase heat and brown chicken.

    Reduce heat. Add carrots, potatoes and 1/3 cup water. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, or until carrots and potatoes are fork tender. Add peas; cover and cook just until peas are warmed.

    Serve an orange for dessert.
