1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup cooked rice
2 T. soy sauceRecipe
Brown ground beef in skillet just until pink. Add green pepper, onion, and salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Cook, covered, until ground beef is cooked through; drain. Stir in rice and soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes longer, adding water if necessary. Yield: 6 servings
