    List of Ingredients





    2 celery, fresh by the stalk
    1 apple, medium
    2 teaspoon Lemon juice
    5 dates, whole
    2 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise, low-fat
    2 ounce chicken, bought pre-cooked in meat case
    1/4 pound Lettuce, romaine

    Recipe




    Core and chop apple with peel on; place in small bowl with celery and pour lemon juice over the top. Toss celery and apple with lemon juice to prevent apple from browning. Chop dates and add to bowl; also add chopped walnuts.

    Measure low fat mayonnaise and blend into celery/fruit mixture. Weigh specified amount of chicken, chop and fold into salad mixture. Serve over a bed of romaine lettuce.
