    Kid approved salad for the holidays!

    List of Ingredients





    2 lbs carton cottage cheese
    3 oz box orange gelatin
    1 large can mandarin oranges (drained)
    4 heaping tbsp frozen whipped cream

    Recipe



    Sprinkle dry gelatin over cottage cheese and mix well. Stir in whipped cream and gently add mandarin oranges. Refrigerate until set.

    Alternates:
    Tropical mixed fruit with mixed fruit gelatin
    2 large bananas with strawberry banana gelatin
