    Okay, this is one of those recipes that you just kind of dump-to-taste.LOL
    Bon appetite!

    List of Ingredients




    2-3 boneless skinless cooked chicken breasts, diced
    1-1 1/2 cups of celery, finely choped
    1/2 cup of almond slivers, or chopped almonds
    1 can (13 1/4 oz) of canned pineapple chunks, drained.

    Mayonnaise mixture:

    2/3 cup of mayonnaise
    2 tbsp of lemon juice
    1/2 tsp of curry powder

    Recipe



    Put first 4 ingredients together in a medium to large bowl. The amount of pineapple, celery, etc..., will depend on amount of chicken you have. I like lots of curry, more then the recipe calls for as well as more pineapple. Mix these ingredients with mayonnaise mixture. Chill for several hours for best taste. The longer this sets, the better it taste!!
