2 lb. new red potatoes, peeled, cut into quarters
3/4 cup Caesar Dressing
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
Recipe
COOK potatoes in boiling water 10 to 12 minutes or until fork-tender; drain.
POUR dressing over potatoes in large bowl.
ADD cheese, parsley and peppers; toss lightly. Serve warm or chilled.
