    List of Ingredients




    2 lb. beef for stew, cut into 1-inch cubes

    2 cups beef broth

    2 cups diagonally sliced carrots

    2 cups diagonally sliced celery

    2 cups quartered onions

    2 cups cubed peeled potatoes

    2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca

    2 tsp. salt

    1/4 tsp. ground marjoram

    1/4 tsp. pepper

    1/4 tsp. ground thyme

    1 bay leaf

    Recipe



    MIX beef, beef broth, carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, tapioca, salt, marjoram, pepper, thyme and bay leaf in 4-quart casserole; cover.

    BAKE at 300°F for 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring after 1 hour. Remove bay leaf.
