New England Corn Chowder

List of Ingredients
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans creamstyle corn
2 cans evaporated milk
1 large onion diced
potatoes peeled and cubed( I put extra potatoes in mine)
6 to 8 pieces of smoked or canadain bacon
Recipe
Cut up bacon in small pieces. I like to put it in the freezer for a bit, it makes it easier to cut. Saute bacon and onions together. Do not drain bacon fat. Add potatoes to pot and enough water to cover them. Cook till potatoes are done. Do not drain , leave in pot. Add remaining corn and evaporated milk. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
