    Similar to old-fashioned pulled taffy.

    List of Ingredients




    COOK: 2 cups sugar, 3/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon vinegar and 3/4 stick margarine to 258*F. on candy thermometer, without stirring. Pour onto cold, lightly greased marble slab. Drop 5-6 drops flavoring and 2-3 drops food coloring, as desired. Let cool somewhat, not too long. Pick it up and pull hard and fast till it looses it's gloss and is hard to pull. Stretch out on waxed paper and cut with scissors. Allow to cream in air tight container.
