    In 10 1/2-inch ovenproff skillet, heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil over medium high heat. Add 1/2pound sweet or hot italian sausage, casings removed, 1 medium onion, chopped, and 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped, cook, breaking up sausage, 5 minutes. Add 1 pound ground chuck, broken up; cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in 3/4 teaspoon driet Italian seasoning and 1 1/2 cups bottled tomatoe pasta sauce with mushrooms. Sprinkle with 2 cups shredded mmozzarella cheese. In a bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Whisk in 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. Spread over meat mixture to cover. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan. Bake in 400* oven 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
