    Three Cheese Fondue

    List of Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. beer
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1 C. Swiss Cheese
    1 C. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    Dash of pepper
    Onion (I used green onion)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. celery salt
    Dash of garlic powder
    crumbled bacon or dried beef chopped

    Recipe

    On low heat melt butter, stir in flour. When flour is disolved,(I used just over 1/2 Tbsp. of flour) add beer cooking until warm. Add cheeses until melted. Add reamaining ingred. - I added a few pieces of crumbled bacon just for some extra flavor & a dash of hot sauce.

    *Made this 1/13/07 for Shannon & Kelly's "French" dinner.
    *2/4/07 - I added 1 pkg. Walnut Creek Jalapeno Cheese Spread ~ very good!
