1 (1 lb) Pkg. Hash brown potatoes
1 lb. Hamburger, browned & drained
1 Can Cream Mushroom soup
1 C. Sour Cream
2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Med. Chopped Onion
1 can French-fried Onion Rings
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together except onion rings. Bake, covered in 9x 13” pan at 350º for 30 minutes. Then, uncovered, 15 minutes more after putting onion rings on top.
