    Left Over Turkey Casserole

    Recipe Introduction


    This is definitely something that I think is going to taste GREAT! Not to mention it's a creative way of dealing with leftovers after holiday dinners...


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 c. margarine
    • 1 can mushroom soup
    • 1 can whole baby carrots
    • 2 c. chopped turkey (or chicken)
    • 2 green onions sliced
    • 1 pkg stove top stuffing
    • 1/2 c. sour cream
    • 1 can water chestnuts


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
    2. Melt margarine in 2 quart casserole.
    3. Stir in contents of stuffing seasoning pouch.
    4. Reserve one cup of crumbs, and spread the rest in the casserole.
    5. Blend sour cream and soup in a large bowl.
    6. Stir in the remaining ingredients and spread it on the crumbs in the casserole dish.
    7. Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs.
    8. Cover and bake for 35 mins.
    9. Uncover and bake for 5 minutes more.
