    Dried Beef Dip

    This was a hit in the 1970's. The original presentation was to serve it warm. We like it chilled just as well.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon milk
    • 1 large cream cheese, softened
    • 1 tablespoon minced onion
    • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped fine
    • Dash garlic salt
    • 1 small jar dried chipped beef, chopped
    • Dash cayenne
    • 1 jalapeno, minced (opt.)


    Instructions


    1. Mix well. Chill for several hours for flavors to blend. Bake at 325 until heated through (about 15 minutes). Serve with rye crackers.
