    Ham Rolls

    Recipe Introduction


    Akin to the Lebanon rolls found elsewhere in this section, ham rolls make easy party food.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound boiled ham slices
    • 1 large cream cheese
    • 2-3 tablespoons minced chives


    Instructions


    1. Mix chives with cream cheese. Spread on ham slices. Cut into 1/2" rounds. Serve with crackers.



    Final Comments


    These are best made within a couple hours of serving. Luncheon meats tend to weep if not adequately refrigerated.

    Note: These are also very nice with green olives, black olives, thin-sliced celery, green onions, etc. Place in the center of ham slice and then roll up. Each round will have just a little treat in the center.
