    A must for New Year's Eve. High in cholesterol, a few of these will clog your arteries.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound chicken livers
    • 12 ounces bacon
    • About 1 cup soy sauce


    Instructions


    1. Cut livers in half. Cut bacon in half. Wrap each liver with a half strip of bacon. Secure with toothpick. Marinate in soy sauce about 10 minutes.
    2. Bake at 425 degrees until bacon is crisp, about 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.


    Final Comments


    I made these--a triple batch--for a friend's parents' 50th anniversary party. There were three left.
