    Sweet and Hot Sausages

    This is a quickie.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1-2 packages small link sausages (Little Smokies are good) or hot dogs cut into 1" pieces
    • 1 small jar currant jelly
    • 1 small jar mustard (any variety works well)


    Instructions


    1. Microwave sausage links or hot dog chunks in microwave on HIGH about 5 minutes. Set aside.
    2. Mix jelly and mustard together in glass 2-cup measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH 2-3 minutes.
    3. Place sausage links in chafing dish. Pour sauce on top. Stir to combine. Keep warm. Serve with toothpicks.


    Final Comments


    Creole mustard gives this a nice kick.
