    Pasta Salad with Pine Nuts

    List of Ingredients

    3 jars marinated artichokes
    1 jar capers

    1 pound vermicelli, cooked
    2 sweet red peppers, julienned
    2 ounces pine nuts, toasted
    1 package frozen peas, thawed
    1 can black olives, sliced
    1 cup parmesan

    1 8 ounce bottle Italian dressing
    reserved juices

    Recipe

    Drain and reserve juices.
    Add remaining ingredients.


    Note: This is one of those ready-in-an-emergency salads. The peppers are the only fresh item in the salad. Everything else is a staple.
